[ERROR]can't start arch wsl, try enither scoop for download

IMPORTANT Please read README and Docs before creating the issue.

Please fill out the below information: Describe the issue i download the Arch.zip, and extract it, then run arch.exe, but it just can't open. then i try scoop, and it sill don't work

To Reproduce download Arch.exe from the download page extract it run arch.exe the porgram close itself

try scoop version run the cammand

open arch.exe got error Expected behavior of cause it should be working!!

i also try to open it on window terminal, but it's the same error

i also use endeavourOS wsl, and it work fine
