Thanks to the contributors for their work on the Simplified Chinese version of the README. However, it seems that there hasn't been a unified format for the README, resulting in its layout and content being extremely disorganized.
This Pull Request rewrites the i18n/README_zh-cn.md, making the overall language more logical and localized, and greatly improving its appearance.
