Predefine default set of reviewers to add to a review #106

When creating a review, you have to manually add all the reviewers each
time, even if you will likely add the exact same list every time you create
a review. It's easy enough to manually edit the .jupiter file after you
create it and paste in the default list, but that's messy.

You should allow a preference setting in the workspace for the "default"
list of reviewers. When creating a review, on the page to add reviewers,
add a button which will insert the default list of reviewers.

When you say you are pasting in the default list, are you pasting it into each
of the
reviews specified in the .jupiter file or are you pasting it into the DEFAULT
review?

I've never used the DEFAULT review, we prefer to create reviews that are
specific to
the classes being reviewed. Is the DEFAULT review used as a template for the
reviews
that are created after that point?

It is used as a template for all the reviews created after it. While it allows
you
to fill in classes in the DEFAULT review it is not required, so you aren't
forced to
have any classes be in the DEFAULT list.
