Is the first Hot Streak critical strike stored when zoning out/in instances? #34

Q: When you get a critical strike, is the crit "stored" so your next crit will proc hot streak, even if you zone in or out of an instance?

A: Yes. Hot streak is preserved while zoning in/out of instances.

Test methodology:

Zone into Stockades
Cast scorch until you get a critical strike.
Zone out of Stockades.
Reset Instances
Zone into Stockades
Cast scorch (needs to be a critical strike)
Confirm Hot Streak Procs (it did)
