[ ] post/exec note to Issue
- It seems that GitLab and GitHub have different ways of determining MR and Issue numbers. The APIs are also different, so we need to figure out how to implement them.
[ ] hide comment
- Perhaps... , GitLab may not support the option to hide notes.

about determining the Merge Request ID. Eventually the two cases presented there can also inform an implementation for Issues.
