Tunneler party stops at locked doors. #371

Tunner parties will dig towards your dungeon, having no problems digging 
through walls belonging to PLAYER_GOOD. However, whenever they reach a locked 
door that belongs to PLAYER_GOOD, they will freeze up. They will not go around 
it, or go back.

To reproduce play level 18, mine gold and wall yourself in. There is a good 
chance at least one or two parties get stuck at doors.
