newdig: Computer Player breaches his own rooms #630

See the attached save made on r1854 with map TC629_1. You'll notice that when 
blue made a workshop he breached the walls of his portal, making his workshop 
room inefficient.

When rooms are dug they should never breach known open areas.

Packetfile and log attached.
