Mostly works on Linux! #3

Hi, thanks for this great application!

I know you intended it to work just on Windows, but I had a quick go at running it on Linux and after just disabling a few lines of the windowmanager code I got it working (Flutters superpower!), though I think it also needs a few tweaks for how it handles saving and then loading previous sessions as I then got a few more errors from loadOlderSessions() when I re ran the app a second time. I'm a bit flat out with other projects at the moment, but I'd like to contribute a PR with the fixes required to run on Linux (I tested on Ubuntu 22.04) if you would be interested in accepting that?
