Technically you just have to follow the dortania's guide. It looks complicated but it's doable, I'm sure you can do it. What is the part you don't understand? I can help you.

I do not understand the configuration I used the same file, the operating system ran for me, but the graphics were not recognized correctly. My system is very slow and I feel the intel uhd 630 is not working properly

The difference between your system and me your gpu :Nvidia GTX 1650 my gpu:NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070

Nvidia GPU doesn't works on MacOS after High SIerra. You can only have your iGPU working.
