Default import options for drag and drop #1585

Is there a way to change the default settings for the file import options? I would like to start using animated PNG or APNG files but when I drag and drop a PNG it automatically gets compressed and thus will not play. Manually importing a PNG with the "Shrink Images" unchecked will render the APNG just fine, but it's a bit of a hassle to do this for every PNG file.

Hi, this has appeared in the past and yes, it does make sense to be able to configure default import settings.

I fixed this specific case by not compressing animated images since that will always lead to quality loss.
