show/hide doesn't work for groundoverlays #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://www.geocodezip.com/geoxml3_test/v3_geoxml3_KML_samples_test.html
2. Click on the "Mt.Etna" button
3. Click on the "hide" button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
ground overlay should be hidden.  Currently doesn't have any effect

Ground overlays don't seem to work at all in webkit browsers (Chrome, FF)
1. Go to http://www.geocodezip.com/geoxml3_test/v3_geoxml3_KML_samples_test.html
2. Click on the "Mt.Etna" button
Should see the overlay of Mt. Etna (works in IE6)

Seems to be working now on this page:
http://www.geocodezip.com/geoxml3_test/v3_geoxml3_kmltest_linktoC.html?filename=
http://www.geocodezip.com/geoxml3_test/KML_Samples.xml

But not in IE on the original example.  Not sure why.

Fixed.  Last issue was problem with zoom: false.
