With the implementation of https://github.com/zalando-stups/mint-storage/issues/40, YOUR TURN should accordingly expose the capability to whitelist Kubernetes clusters on the "Access Control" page (/application/access-control/myapp URL path). The UI should be similar to adding/removing S3 buckets for credential distribution. UX details to be discussed.
