[FEAT] Organize Directories

This is the first organization pass in the process of getting Cascade Studio to the point where it can be looked at by the outside world.

All the hot-path files have been extensively commented, and the folder hierarchies have been somewhat expanded loosely by functionality.

This also reinstates lazy rendering; we shall see if that turns out to be a bad idea...
