DB init script in Daedalus #18

Requirement: Following the request, is necessary to have a script capable of create the DB from scratch trough ORM (SQL Alchemy) in Daedalus Project.

Update:

The folder structure was reorganized, the extract.py files contains new classes for task lists creation which are handled by the pipeline orchestrator.py file.

DB initialization was removed from the scripts, it should be part of Daedalus.
