Related to #31

Add unit tests for peripheral devices in tests/test_peripheral_devices.py.

PoNETkbd48CNC: Add unit tests for setup, fetch, and set methods.
PoExtBusOC16: Add unit tests for setup, fetch, and set methods.
PoRelay8: Add unit tests for setup, fetch, and set methods.
Use unittest.mock to simulate device responses.
