Create tests for currently implemented features in main branch

Related to #30

Add comprehensive tests for all major functionalities and components in the main branch.

• Unit Tests:

  • Add unit tests for pokeys_homecomp.comp functionalities.
  • Add unit tests for pokeys_analog_io.comp functionalities in tests/test_analog_io.py.
  • Add unit tests for CAN bus functionalities in tests/test_can_bus.py.
  • Add unit tests for pokeys_counters.comp functionalities in tests/test_counter.py.
  • Add unit tests for pokeys_digital_io.comp functionalities in tests/test_digital_io.py.
  • Add unit tests for PEv2 motion control functionalities in tests/test_functional.py.

• Integration Tests:

  • Add integration tests for pokeys_py functionalities in tests/test_integration.py.

• Performance Tests:

  • Add performance tests for pokeys_py functionalities in tests/test_performance.py.

• End-to-End System Tests:

  • Add end-to-end system tests for homing routines, device initialization, and interaction with LinuxCNC in pokeys_homing.hal.

• CI/CD Integration:

  • Integrate all tests into a CI/CD pipeline in .github/workflows/ci.yml for automatic testing on each push to the main branch.
