Add a script to automate the build and image creation process for Raspberry Pi 4 Bullseye, Bookworm, and amd64 hybrid.

• create_images.sh

  • Add functions to build and create images for Raspberry Pi 4 Bullseye, Bookworm, and amd64 hybrid.
  • Add a function to upload the generated images to the repository's releases or a suitable cloud storage platform.
  • Ensure the script follows the structure and format of existing LinuxCNC releases.
  • Add steps to test and validate the generated images.

  • Add a job to run the create_images.sh script.
  • Include steps to cross-compile for ARM and natively compile for amd64.
