Use new `dependencies` parameter from NiceGUI 2.0 #4

In NiceGUI 2.0 the parameter exposed_libraries (and others) will be deprecated and replaced with dependencies. This PR updates the Highchart class accordingly. While we're at it, we should also update the JavaScript dependencies.
