Failed: Could not connect to iSpy running on your computer. Check your firewall
and router settings. If you continue local access, SMS and email alerts will
still work but remote (external) access to view your cameras and microphones
won't be available.
Your router should be configured to forward TCP traffic from WAN (external)
port 80 to internal (LAN) port 81 on IP address 192.168.56.1
Check http://www.ispyconnect.com/userguide-connecting.aspx#6 for
troubleshooting.
Your port mapping seems to be OK - try turning your router off and on again.
Failing that we recommend checking with your ISP to see if they are blocking
port 80 or check if your antivirus protection (eset, zonealarm etc) is blocking
iSpy.

If you still cannot get it working, please copy and paste this information into

Hello,

If you have more than one router on your network then check that the router
that is connected to the internet is forwarding requests on to your second
router for the port you specified (the WAN port).

If the port forwarding is setup correctly then either the firewall or antivirus
on your computer or your router firewall is blocking the connection or your ISP
is blocking it. Disable your antivirus firewall and try it again. If it still
doesn't work then you'll need to check with your ISP to see if they are
blocking the port.

If you are still having issues setting up port forwarding then you have a few
options:

1) Call the company that provided you with your router and ask them
2) Contact support for the router manufacturer (linksys/dlink etc)
3) Use portforward.com's PFConfig software

We can't provide support for port forwarding routers as there are so many
different routers out there and it's not an issue with ispy itself. Port
forwarding is something that router manufacturers or portforward.com provide
support for.
