What happened?
Issue Summary
When using Zen Browser in full-screen mode on Linux, the bookmarks bar becomes hidden and cannot be accessed without exiting full-screen mode. This makes it inconvenient to quickly access bookmarks while browsing.
Steps to Reproduce
Open Zen Browser on a Linux system.
Enter full-screen mode (using F11 or through the browser menu).
Observe that the bookmarks bar is hidden.
Expected Behavior
The bookmarks bar should either remain visible or have an option to be accessed while in full-screen mode.
Actual Behavior
The bookmarks bar is completely hidden, and there is no way to access bookmarks without exiting full-screen mode.

Zen Browser version: 1.0.1-a.7
Operating System: Linux (distribution: Pop OS 24.04)
Window Manager: [COSMIC]
