Handle Unexpected Problem in Sidebar #104

SIdebar auto hover in-and-out when hover to a space between sidebar and a dropdown of the workspace tab.

For example: when out-hover the workspace dropdown it will change the dropdown to a place in the left of it. Unfortunately, the cursor was right there and it create a loop what make the sidebar keep hover in-and-out
