Removed unused env variable, added attribute to process uncovered files from whitelist

Coverage increased (+2.5%) to 87.242% when pulling 6ca5e4c926c58e13cb31b9186b473988c412e020 on webimpress:hotfix/phpunit-config into 5b6f807e170e015b71b68c41d7a850117c933897 on zendframework:master.
