SDK v0.9 unlisted in the download page #10

Reported by Sharron LIU: SDK 0.9 has been released, it existed in the old version website. But it missing from the new website: https://www.zephyrproject.org/downloads#Tools

Good news, the 0.9 SDK links and release notes are there now (https://www.zephyrproject.org/downloads)

Bad news, the page only supports linking to one SDK release (no release archives as supported by the kernel download area). Sigh. I've reported this to the LF folks asking for both the kernel and SDK areas to support release archives. No ETA for getting this addressed.

Fixed, with the new issue that previous SDK versions are no longer listed. :(
