Remove nav.yaml creation from doc build (not needed any more) #116

Reported by David Kinder: When we were going to import generated technical docs into the drupal website, scripts and steps were added to create a nav.yaml file to assist this importing process.

Decision was made to NOT import the technical docs into the (marketing) drupal site, so these scripts and steps can be removed from the jenkins doc building script.
