Zephyr project properties weren't saved from 'Apply and Close' button on Properties Dialog Box. Adding the functionality Fixes #20

I already rebased on top of master branch

That's weird... I am still seeing the two merge commits in this PR under the "Commits" tab above. Could you try pushing it again?

I opened a new one because I coudn't fix the two merge commits, the commit is equal and the branch is named appPrefs
