TSC mailing list missing on mailing list "Manage List" list-of-lists list #52

Reported by David Kinder: https://lists.zephyrproject.org/mailman3/lists/ does not list the tsc@lists.zephyrproject.org list

I was on https://lists.zephyrproject.org (shows all 6 lists) and clicked on the "Manage Lists" link (top right) and got to the https://lists.zephyrproject.org/mailman3/lists/ page that only lists 5.

Expected all the lists to be shown on this "manage lists" page.

David Kinder I don't see it as an issue, since TSC mailing is managed, if you want to subscribe you need to pass for a revision.

Trishan: Looks like it isn't configured correctly. How does the TSC want it. Open to the public or private?
