it would be useful if i can watch/follow/subscribe to a video comments so when someone react me i do not miss it. The new comment notification would appear on ZeroHello.
In the user profile may be some option, like:
X Notify me (via ZeroHello) when someone comment my video
X When i comment a video, automatically subscribe me & notify me about replies
That may be global setting enabled by default. User is able to modify the subscription on each video page where is the subscribe/unsubscribe button.

I think Newsfeed plugin is used for that
