Inconsistent use of Navigation Link Title for content items #2958

Describe the bug The Navigation Link Title value is intended to be used throughout the CMS to represent the content item. It is currently used in the content navigation tree but not in the item's view header. Please see attached screenshot for reference.

Please update the item's view header to use the Navigation Link Title value as expected.
