Fixed Lunux build archive filenames #3

The Makefile filenames for the Linux build were inconsistent.

Changes: _ -> - linux => Linux

Good catch! I'll update the Mac and Win32 build names to match as well; I debated capitalizing the platforms, but if I'm going to capitalize LuaGB, I might as well do both. This way it'll be consistent.
