old one doesn't work anymore #78

Can you clarify what you mean by "doesn't work anymore? what exactly is missing? and the 0 is no permissions at all so wouldn't work even more.. 8 is admin but I intentionally changed that for the sake of people exploiting everyone pings and such

try with 116928 and if that works through it in. that covers: audit log, send messages, embed links, attach files, read message history and add reactions. I don't remember if there's any other permissions it needs but if you think of any let me know
