Maintaining this repository #43

It's been over a year since anything was merged into this repo. Will someone please step up to maintain it? I volunteer if nobody else is going to take the job.

@TomHAnderson the problem is not in merging, the problem is in reviewing. I can merge but before I should get some approval from @zfcampus/doctrine team on PRs and it's always very hard...

It's difficult to reply without sounding condescending. So please consider these honest questions.

How many years does it take to get approval? Since zfcampus only has two Doctrine related repositories perhaps one should be taken off the teams load so they can get more done? Does the Doctrine team have a passion for these repositories or is maintaining them just an unwelcome task? Because of the backload of tickets is it time to add more volunteers to help maintain these two repositories?
