Find a buddy tab/feature is not working #3

This might be due to certain settings I'm not aware of but my "find a buddy" tab has been at this screen (attached) since the beginning and I'm not sure how to debug this... Haven't been able to see the screenshots displayed in the UG, which shows all the favourite languages etc.

We tested the find a buddy feature under many different conditions and could not reproduce the error, tester did not specify steps to reproduce.

As you can see below, we tested it with 25 different contacts added,

Reason for disagreement: I'm not sure what when wrong with this feature. Here are the steps to reproduce.

  1. Follow user guide to launch CohortConnect
  2. Entered telegram/github/name to proceed.
  3. Switched to the Find a Buddy Tab.

During the PE itself, I continuously checked on that tab but it was always at "Github Metadata extraction..."

I've repeated the 3 steps today while reviewing the team's response. Same issue.

I believe I've given it plenty of time to run and load. I followed the instructions in the UG and therefore, don't know where I as a user have gone wrong.
