Hot Fix: Reinstall gsc_docker #35

Reinstall gsc_docker for frankenstein codebase with torch==1.12.1, etc. Make sure to not miss any secondary libs (pandas, etc). This is part of the effort to move the conda envs to /scratch.

Priority: Urgent. Justification: blocks gsc-based deployments.

Fixed this with zhanwenchen/SGG-G2S@34958f4f3736fc297d24b2faa6589838d984d8a2. Needed pandas, comet_ml, and torchinfo.
