Downloading genome from CNGBdb #1

Hello, I have a question unrelated to the pipeline but about the genomes that you already uploaded to CNGBdb. Do you have a metadata file that shows the ftp location of each genome? Not sure how to download those genomes without the specific ftp address as the genomes are located within multiple subfolder in CNGBdb.
