CKEditor upgrade #183

Upgrade CKEditor to version 4.9.2.

TODO: I am not sure where to place ajax function upload, so this remains.

NOTE: This PR is similar to https://github.com/zikula-modules/Scribite/pull/182 but point to Scribite 6.

@nmpetkov thank you for trying to contribute. I'm sorry this didn't happen when you contributed it. Check out Core-3 when released!
