Inbound call does not play ring tone

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.on inbound call to my device, imsdroid is no longer playing ring tone. 
started to happen after i updated with trunk version

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Inbound splash screen + ring tone. Inbound Splash screen is generated, but 
ringtone is not played

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
trunk version, EVO Android 2.2
