Update changelog, prep for 1.5.2 release #112

@malmckay thank you for all your efforts! would it be possible to actually release 1.5.2. Rubygems only has 1.5.1 so far. Thank you!

@beanieboi I discovered a build issue on some versions of Linux, I'll investigate, hopefully fix, and get a release out soon

@malmckay we are facing the same issue. It's not building on CircleCI. I will dive into this today.

@malmckay @beanieboi I see this was merged but I still have build issues. Did you ever figure out what the issue was, if any -- or was this merged WITHOUT resolving anything?
