Updated UPLC scripts to be conformant with PlutusV3.

Type signature of compiled uplc is BuiltinData -> BuiltinUnit for all scripts.
Except for verifyPlonkCompiled, which seems to be used for benchmarking only and not meant to be used onchain.

Resolves #23 .
