Continous Integration tests fixed #137

The version of tar 4.3.x breaks the test related to streams. The callback of the x method is never called in case file option is not provided.

Weird, https://travis-ci.org/zkat/pacote/builds/338164765 was green, now everything times out - no changes ...

tar@4.3.3 fixed the issue. Thanks for submitting this, though!
