Fixed tutorials #28

Fixed the tutorials to work with the current version of the code. I tried to change the least that I can and still make it work, so you can probably change the codes a little bit to make it prettier (mainly that the imports are organized weirdly).

By the way, I'm not so sure about tutorial 2, it works but the numbers are a bit different, please check that.

Hi @DanielCohenHillel, thank you for updating these. this is very helpful. I think the numbers are ok, i might have used different properties and only the relative percentages matter, the absolute U_E and U_H do not matter. Thanks. Keep the pull requests coming as you go through these.
