Conflict Alerts persist after one aircraft is removed #734

If two aircraft are in conflict (whether warning or violation), and one is removed from the simulation, the conflict is not resolved, and will remain forever.

In relation to this, the targets remain red after a sep loss has occurred, but with separation being subsequently reestablished, it should return to normal color.
