Histology - manually acquired, e.g. apotome or confocal

10x and other RNAseq

Metadata:

Injections etc.

Issue: microscopes can acquire multiple samples (ROIs) in the same acquisition.

Proposal: potentially nested samples.

Eg. Brain > microscope slide > brain slice Brain slice > in situ sequencing round > field of view

What if you acquire data from multiple mice at once? Have to split before.

Issues #45 and #44 will be a start to implement this.
