Command 'Sync Settings: ' resulted in an error #64

I've installed and set up my remote Git repository and synced from my original computer and synced a second, but now on the original I get an error message with any command related to this extension.

Command 'Sync Settings: List the missing extensions' resulted in an error command 'syncSettings.listMissingExtensions' not found or any Command related to Sync Settings.

I've tried disabling and reenabling, and removing and reinstalling but it just errors.
