frozen on selecting exploit... #14

I'm trying to do the kartdlphax using the 3ds.hack.guide and I'm stuck on trying to install menuhax67. it's not letting me do the y + dpad or even select anything else. i feel like it just freezes on this screen and I can't get past it. the only way to leave this screen is to force shut off. 20230727_071349
