This Issue is intended as documentation toward a refactor of the responsive design for Meta Tools buttons. Pinging @seanmiller26 to add pictures when ready.

This is a follow-up to PR https://github.com/zooniverse/front-end-monorepo/pull/4021

Following the discussion on breakpoints this is my recommendation for updated styling:

The 'Default' size should apply at the Large and Small breakpoint. The 'Small' size should apply at the Medium breakpoint: screen resolution between 769px - 1279px.
