Create a new add page just for Anime series and movies. #90

Create a new add page just for anime that allows the adder to use a drop down menu to select if they want to see it in sub or dub.

Thats kinda what the remarks field is for. I dont see the need to do an extra add-movie page just for anime and neither do i see the need to save the sub/dub preferences in a separate field than the remarks.
