Update javadoc for boxes with their atom equivalents #53

This is just an enhancement request for the documentation, not an actual issue. 
I would have found it much easier to use this excellent library if they atom 
identifiers would have been included in the javadocs on the box classes 
themselves; rather than having to look into the source. ie. MovieBox == "moov"

Done for most boxes. Did it via sed and grep so I could have overlooked some 
boxes but I will add it when I see that it's missing somewhere.
