Python SDK published to zowe.org contains license notices for Zowe CLI #154

Describe the bug The Zowe Client Python SDK .zip that we provide on zowe.org includes zowe_licenses_cli.zip that contains license notices for Zowe CLI dependencies. These are not relevant to the Python SDK and should be replaced with license notices for: image

Expected behavior The archive should include license notices for the Python SDK.
