iTerm(UX): Add auto-completion features #3216

The initial implementation of iTerms does not provide much help when users are interacting with iTerms

Describe the solution you'd like

Ideally, users are presented with auto-completion options 😋

We will need approval from IBM to use the public documentation about TSO/MVS commands.
