Mod Manager Changes

This needs to get broken up into separate issues, but I will let you do that in whatever way you think best!

Add .bat under tools big drop area

• Drop a .pak to unpack
• Drop a folder to pack

Main Page allow add mod by drag/drop

• Drop a .zip to add mod
• Drop a .pak to pack and then add

[zpiddock]

Definitely like the sound of those additions! I'll get on that when I can.
